The pandemic has been quite a perturbation in the systems of many. How have you personally found a way to be antifragile? What do we mean by that?
Thrivability is about ongoing learning, the ability to take experiences as experiments to learn from and get better as we go forward. Leaning on our gratitude for everything that brought us here, can we do a post-mortem on? And can we be more adaptive and creative in responding as we move forward?
This week we are looking at the personal layer, so what enables your personal antifragility? Is that about wholeheartedness and vulnerability? Or maybe that is about your financial investment strategies (the wealthiest folks are quite good at investing so that whatever outcome unfolds, they can benefit). Is that about your relationships and community as an extension of your resources and ability to recover and grow? How do you strive for antifragility?
